Refund requests are reviewed based on delivery, usage, payment method, abuse, fraud and processor rules.
Future cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but does not automatically remove the already granted period.
This policy applies to purchases, subscriptions, renewals, promotional coupons and digital grants related to GamesTC plans. It complements the Terms of Use and does not replace mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
