Straightforward guides to install, connect, optimize your route and solve problems without wasting time.

GamesTC Help Center

Start with a quick guide

Follow the steps in order. They cover the most common scenarios without asking you to disable important Windows protections.

First connection

Configure the game and validate the route before launching a match.

  1. 1Install the official app, sign in and confirm that GamesTC VPN Service is running.
  2. 2Open the game in the catalog, choose the match server city and wait for route calculation.
  3. 3Connect in the app before launching the game, or enable Auto-Connect for that profile.
  4. 4Check the game panel to confirm that the session, server and ping are updating.

VPN will not connect

Quickly isolate service, route or server failures.

  1. 1Check GamesTC network status and make sure your internet works normally without the tunnel.
  2. 2Close the app, restart GamesTC VPN Service or Windows, then try again.
  3. 3Choose another online server in the same city to separate a local issue from a node issue.
  4. 4If it persists, note the exact error, game, city and time before opening a ticket.

Antivirus and firewall

Allow only official binaries without turning off computer protection.

  1. 1Download the installer only from the official website and make sure no other VPN client is active.
  2. 2Add the GamesTC app and GamesTC VPN Service to your antivirus/firewall allowed-app list.
  3. 3Allow private and public networks when Windows requests network access.
  4. 4Never disable antivirus permanently; tell support which product is still blocking the app.

Using Smart Route

Let the app compare direct and relay routes for the correct city.

  1. 1Select the game and the city where the match is actually hosted.
  2. 2Wait for node measurements; do not choose only by geographical distance.
  3. 3Use the recommendation with the lowest stable latency and avoid changing routes during a match.
  4. 4If results get worse, recalculate outside the match and compare jitter and packet loss too.
