Connection quick guide
Connection error in Path of Exile 2: the server or the route?
Check the official Path of Exile 2 status page or social channels first. If the server is down, no VPN can fix it. If it works for other people and only you can't connect, your ISP's route may be losing packets, and an alternate path usually solves it.
Just you?
If others can connect and you can't, the problem may be your route.
Try another way
Connect through GamesTC and try again over a different path to the server.
Steadier ping
Less gap between your best and worst ping in a session.
Fewer disconnects
Less loss on the route means less chance of dropping out of Path of Exile 2.
